Karen Mulcahy

Karen Mulcahy is a Solicitor in our Residential Property Department and is a registered Trust and Estate Practitioner.

She advises clients on all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases and re-mortgages.  Karen also practices in the areas of Will-drafting, estate planning and the administration of estates.

Karen joined the firm in 2023 having previously worked in a busy general practice office for over twelve years.

After graduating from University College Cork in 2005 with an honours Bachelor of Law (BCL) degree in 2005, Karen qualified as a Solicitor in 2011.  She also holds a Diploma in Trust & Estate Planning jointly from the Law Society of Ireland and The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).  This additional qualification further expands her legal knowledge and allows Karen to advise clients on all aspects of estate planning and Will-drafting, 

Karen is a full member of STEP (The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
