Juli Rea is a partner in our Banking & Finance Department.
Juli specialises in Banking and Commercial Property. She has extensive experience of working with corporate and institutional clients; including SMEs, financial institutions, hospitals, health boards and newspaper publishers.
Juli brings to her clients her extensive knowledge and enthusiasm for the law combined with sound practical advice.
Juli holds an L.L.M. from University College Cork, a Diploma in Property Tax from the Law Society of Ireland and a Diploma in Trusts and Estate Planning. She qualified as a Solicitor in 1995.
She is a Council member of the Southern Law Association and its Conveyancing Committee and a former member of STEP.
She lectures and tutors frequently for the Law Society Law School in the areas of Applied Land Law and Commercial Conveyancing and has also lectured in Land Law for Griffith College, Cork. She has also coordinated and lectured on legal training courses run in the College of Commerce and St. John’s College Cork (Cork VEC) and has written extensively for in house legal and accountancy newsletters.
