Darren O’Keeffe is a Partner in our Litigation Department.
Darren specialises in advising financial institutions and Receivers on judgement and recovery strategies as part of our Receiverships and Liquidations Team.
Darren also acts for Irish and multinational companies providing advice in relation to on all aspects of a client’s business, from Data Protection, to commercial agreements, to employment matters with a focus on contractual agreements, shareholders agreements, takeovers and mergers with particular expertise in advising the motor industry.
Darren also acts for his clients in commercial, plaintiff and defence litigation. In many cases Darren’s primary aim is to keep his clients out of court and the expense that goes with that and therefore negotiation, mediation and arbitration are also a large part of his practice.
Darren, a native of Cork, graduated from UCC with a BSc. in Finance in 1996. Having worked for several years with a large financial institution in Dublin, he qualified as a Solicitor and joined the firm in 2002.
