Ciara Coleman
Ciara is a Solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial Department.
Ciara acts for a wide range of clients advising in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, commercial property transactions, corporate reorganisations and general company law matters.
Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Ciara worked in the corporate restructuring team of a leading professional services firm. She also spent a number of years in financial services, with particular expertise in commercial lending and lending operations.
Ciara holds a Bachelor of Civil Law from University College Cork and a Diploma in Insolvency from Chartered Accountants Ireland. Having completed her traineeship with us, Ciara qualified as a solicitor in 2021.
